4. Pricing and Payment
Service fees are specified during the reservation process. Payment is processed through a secure payment infrastructure.
5. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund conditions are determined according to the selected hotel's policy. The free cancellation period is specified in the reservation confirmation.
6. Responsibilities
The Service Provider, as an intermediary, is obligated to provide the most accurate information. The relevant hotel is directly responsible for the quality of accommodation services.
7. Dispute Resolution
Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
